Census out of Senses!!!

In Pakistan, census were held after 19 years. Last census were held in 1998. According to census 2017, the population of Pakistan is 22 crore 77 lac. According to it, men are greater in number than women. Like 105 men on 100 women. Well, this is a matter of concern for men and now, they will value the women. The census result lost in squabbling politicians. Many political parties like MQM, PMLN etc are not in the favour of result. Leader of MQM Frooq Sattar, said in his recent press conference that "In the census result, the population of Karachi shown less as the actual population." He further added that every time they have to sacrifice and compromise with wrong policies.
The demand of parties is to held fair census again. But this is not as easy as they demanding it. Chief statistician Asif Bajwa said that final census report would not be compiled before April 2018. The point of concerned is that the election might held in the mid of 2018 and census report would affect the elections. He further added that almost 70 million people in a country did not possess CNICs, They had verified 20% CNIC through NADRA. The question raised that the census result is really authentic or not? And if it is authentic, then why people are raising fingers on the report?
According to the provisional result of the sixth census, the country's population at 207.77 million with an annual growth rate of 2.4 percent which shows the increasing of 57 percent in country's population since 1998.

In Sindh province, the highest population was recorded in Karachi nearly 4 million which is almost double from previous census. In Punjab, the most popular region include 36 districts with population of 11.12 million which increased from 6.34 million. The population count in FATA is following:

Census have a lot of importance in any country and it played a great role in many aspects. If the census are not authentic, then this is really a matter of concern for the higher authorities of government and they should consider it to resolve.
